Her clinical interest is postural rehabilitation using Clinical Pilates and chronic pain conditions with a strong emphasis on active independent management. Karen applies a holistic treatment approach for acute and chronic conditions (such as neck and back pain), utilizing various treatment techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, exercise therapy and soft tissue releases. She values maximizing function and performance in all aspects of life ranging from activities of daily living, work, sports, and recreation activities.
